# Quizzes in the Growth Tool Kit

> Product recommendation quizzes are not available on every TextYess account. See when the Quizzes card shows in the Growth Tool Kit, and how to collect contacts without a quiz.

A quiz asks shoppers a few questions and recommends products from your store. Quizzes are not available on every TextYess account.

## Why you do not see Quizzes in the Growth Tool Kit

The **Quizzes** card shows in **Growth Tool Kit**, under **Reach store visitors**, only for Shopify stores that have quizzes turned on. If you do not see the card, quizzes are not available on your account. If you open a quiz page without access, TextYess opens **Growth Tool Kit** instead.

## Collect contacts on your store without a quiz

To collect WhatsApp numbers and emails from the people who browse your store, use one of these tools in **Growth Tool Kit**:

* **Popups**: a popup, a flyout or a banner with sign-up fields. See [Popups](/growth-tools/popups).
* **Newsletter footer**: a sign-up form in the footer of your store. See [Growth Tool Kit](/growth-tools/overview#newsletter-footer-sign-up-form).
